Cast Iron!

Today I scored a really nice cast iron skillet at the thrift store. I've been wanting one for a while (I'm just super poor)! So...I already know you have to season and (and know how to season it). Now I want to hear your recipes for it! I have no idea where to start. So what's YOUR favorite thing to make in a cast iron skillet? Mine is 11 3/4 inches, by the way.
