With seasoned corn. From a recipe published by Bonnie Tandy Leblang of Universal Press Syndicate.
In a bowl, mix together 1/2 tsp. thyme, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. (I used Hungarian paprika.)
Season each side of your steak (I used a flank steak) while heating a skillet on medium high for 3 minutes. Cook about 5 minutes per side.
Mine came out rare, so you can cook longer for medium or well-done, but it will probably be charred more than you like.
