No sugar added banana bread

I was having a craving for banana bread and there were 3 bananas in the freezer, so I made banana bread today with Stevia instead of sugar! I followed Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger's recipe from the food network:

http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/banana-bread-recipe/index.html

And it turned out great! I highly recommend it. I use the Stevia in the Raw in the bag. It says on the bag to substitute half of the sugar with Stevia, but I just used Stevia in the whole thing. And I added 1/2 teaspoon extra baking powder like it says on the Stevia bag. Tastes really good and it baked really well. I'm going to do more sugar free baking!

Eeeeewwwwww....frozen bananas are ugly.

Creamed the butter and the Stevia:

(I forgot to take more pictures during the process)

It's baked!

Mmmmmmm....warm banana bread.
