Olympic Lifting for Team Sport Athletes

For athletes training to improve running and jumping ability, there are some recommended adjustments to be made to the Olympic lifts. Jumping and sprinting are on the fast end of the strength-speed spectrum, so explosive training should be made fast rather than heavy. Clean and snatch can both be shifted toward the faster end of the spectrum.
